DOT Southern District

As we partnered with the city, we hired Linscott Law & Greenspan, a 3rd party licensed Traffic Engineer, to analyze site circulation, stacking, and traffic for submittal and review by DOT. This included analyzing other drive thru units and comparing existing uses (8000sf two story bank) to the proposed 2200 sf Drive thru. The Traffic and Circulation Study was approved by DOT subject to conditions.
